Unauthorized Use of HHPA Name

Dear Harbor Heights Residents,

It has been brought to the attention of the Harbor Heights Park Association (HHPA) Board that letters have recently been circulated and sent to third parties that appear to have been issued on behalf of the HHPA regarding a neighborhood parking matter.

We want to make it clear that these communications were not authorized, approved, or sent by the HHPA Board.

The HHPA’s role is limited to the management and operation of Harbor Heights Beach and related association activities. The HHPA does not regulate, enforce, or intervene in neighborhood disputes, parking issues, code enforcement matters, or other residential concerns within the community.

We are concerned that the HHPA name may have been used without authorization in a manner that could create confusion regarding the Association’s purpose and authority. Any communication claiming to represent the HHPA should come directly from the Board through official channels and include appropriate identification.

While we are unable to determine the source of these letters, we felt it was important to clarify the situation and ensure residents understand that the HHPA was not involved.

Thank you for your attention and for helping maintain a respectful and informed community.

Sincerely,

Harbor Heights Park Association
