The 2025 Harbor Heights Park Association mailers have gone out! If you haven’t received yours yet—no worries. Everything included in the mailer is right here for you.
We’re excited to welcome you to another year of community, camaraderie, and care at Harbor Heights! Your membership plays a vital role in maintaining our beautiful beach and fostering the neighborly spirit that makes our community so special.
🌊 2025 Annual Beach Cleanup & Key Exchange
📅 Date: Saturday, May 3
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🌧 Rain Date: Sunday, May 4
Come join us for a day of beach cleanup, key pickup, and good neighborly fun!
🔨 Beach Cleanup – Let’s Start the Season Right!
Bring rakes, gloves, and your helping hands.
Your participation helps keep our beach beautiful and enjoyable for all.
Contributions go directly toward beach maintenance.
🔑 Key Exchange – Important Info
Locks will be changed on Friday, May 2.
Only paid members will receive new keys.
Returning members: Bring your key from last year to exchange (we recycle keys!).
New members: Welcome! Your first-year dues are FREE to encourage involvement.
Can’t attend?
Send a neighbor with your key and dues check.
Or request key exchange by mail ($25 fee, processing may take several weeks).
🚣♂️ Boat Rack Assignments – First Come, First Serve
One slip per household initially; additional slips assigned after all first requests.
Can’t attend? Sign up and request a rack online.
💰 Membership Fees
Annual Dues: $125 per household
Seniors (65+): $112.50
Boat Slips: $45
Replacement Key: $85 + $25 mailing fee
